Whether you are looking to begin your journey with yoga or deepen your practice, Peace Fit Joy has accessible options for you! Our registered yoga teacher, Emily, provides online sessions that are accessible to all.

The use of yoga can be beneficial in stress management, reducing depression and anxiety, and improving/maintaining your overall mood. This practice is commonly used in the professional treatment of a variety of mental health disorders.
If you are looking to receive physical benefits, yoga can aide in increasing flexibility, improving muscle strength, maintaining range of motion across the lifespan, and many more amazing benefits!
