We have a lot of people contacting the office, concerned about the up tick of the flu and Covid. One of our main recommendations is black cumin seed supplement for prevention. We put all our patients on black cumin seed and if actively ill, we pair it up with congaplex and andrographis

The last research shows it’s over 80% effective for dealing with Covid.

A randomized controlled trial (RCT) involving 313 patients in Pakistan found that black cumin seed (HNS) significantly accelerated recovery. Patients receiving HNS alleviated symptoms in 4–6 days, compared to 7–13 days in the control group. They also achieved viral clearance (negative PCR test) about four days earlier.
Mortality reduction was notable: the 30-day mortality rate was 4% in the HNS group versus 18.87% in the control group, particularly among severe cases. The treatment also enabled 96.26% of moderate cases to resume daily activities by day 10, compared to 68.93% in the control group.
