Thank you to everyone who joined us for The Stress Antidote on May 30.

Together, we explored practical tools for mental recovery, learned about functional medicine and alternative approaches to healing, and experienced the calming effects of a guided sound bath.

The conversations throughout the event were just as valuable as the presentations. Many guests shared their own experiences and asked questions about stress recovery, hormone health, autoimmune conditions, and ways to help the body reset.

Just because something says “high protein,” “gluten-free,” “natural,” or “vegan” doesn’t automatically mean it supports your health.

A lot of packaged foods are still heavily processed, filled with additives, seed oils, artificial ingredients, or hidden sugars — even when the front label looks “healthy.”

At TBD, we encourage people to pay attention to ingredients, food quality, sourcing, blood sugar response, and how foods actually make them feel.

Whole foods, balanced meals, proper protein intake, fiber, and nutrient density will always matter more than trendy packaging.
