POV: You survived a completely booked day at the spa, listened to everyone's life story, solved skin concerns, balanced energy, stayed hydrated-ish... and then your bra strap said:
"You know what? I'm done too." 😅
After giving 110% to every client today, my bra officially clocked out before I did.

When people ask if running a spa is glamorous... this is the reality: ✨ Glowing skin ✨ Happy clients ✨ Full schedule ✨ One bra hanging on by hopes and prayers
At least it waited until the last appointment. 😂

No-shows are a real bummer, especially when you've gone out of your way! It's a rare occurrence for me, thankfully, but still super frustrating when it happens.

Today was a prime example – I left to pick up my kids from school, then made the whole trek back for just one appointment, and with these gas prices, that stings! Please remember that small business owners' time is just as valuable as the service they provide.

Moving forward, I'll be stricter with my credit card policy for holding appointments. I've been a bit lax since I rarely have issues, and that's on me!
