Our wellness retreat was MORE than amazing. Words can’t describe the joy and healing that took place this weekend - full of gratitude for all the women that came and connected and felt the presence of the Holy Spirit move through all of us! From the culinary masterpieces by sisters Jenny & Gina, herbal classes, Pilates in the trees, Holy Spirit breath evening, gardening class, foot baths, organic facials, cranial release…to marshmallows roasting on the fire, the Tennessee weekend was a success❤️

With a deep appreciation for mindful movement, Tracy brings a thoughtful and empowering approach to Pilates on the reformer. Having been part of the studio since its early days as a dedicated student, she now serves as a certified instructor trained through Balanced Body, blending her firsthand experience with professional expertise.
Born and raised in the Elkhart community, she holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Surgical Technology and brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her strong foundation in anatomy and physiology enhances her teaching, supporting safe, effective movement.
Driven by a genuine passion for movement, she is dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their bodies by building awareness, improving alignment, and developing strength and control in every session.
