As summer winds down and back-to-school routines begin, here are a few simple ways to help your family start the year off healthy:

✅Ease back into a regular bedtime.
✅Encourage plenty of water and healthy meals.
✅Make sure sports physicals and wellness visits are up to date.
✅Restock any daily medications.
✅Practice good handwashing to help keep those back-to-school germs away.

A quick summer health reminder!

Fresh fruits and vegetables are great for you, but always wash your produce before eating. Read the attached article for best practices! Health officials are investigating a foodborne illness outbreak linked to contaminated fresh produce, making food safety especially important this season.

If you develop severe stomach cramps, persistent diarrhea, fever, or signs of dehydration, don’t wait to get checked out. We’re here to help!
