Dear Delta Dental Patients,

It has come to our attention that Delta Dental is sending insurance payments directly to the policy holder. We ask that once you receive your check, you promptly cash it and use those funds to pay your outstanding balance with our office.

If you are unable to commit to paying your balance upon receiving the insurance payment, you will be required to pay in full at the time of service.
