It is an incredible honor to receive the Delaware Chamber of Commerce Superstars in Business Award of Excellence for 2026.
Building Integrity Nursing from the ground up has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, and to advocate for the quality, dignity, and access to healthcare they deserve.
This recognition is a reflection of the dedication of our entire Integrity Nursing team and the individuals and families who trust us every day. I am truly grateful for this honor and excited for what the future holds.

Congratulations to Josie Orozco-Spence on passing her certification exam. She is now officially a Certified Developmental Disability Nurse!!! She is an expert in her field. This further demonstrates our commitment to the individual’s that we serve. Integrity Nursing is proud to now have four certified nurses working together to ensure that we continue to provide the very best nursing services in the State of Delaware.

Integrity Nursing LLC is officially FIVE years old today!!! 🎉
What started as a vision to provide compassionate, quality support for individuals with IDD has grown into something I could have only hoped for. These past five years have been filled with growth, challenges, unforgettable moments, and so many amazing people along the way.
I am incredibly grateful for my wife, every family, nurse, caregiver, friend, and supporter who believed in me and encouraged me to take this path. Your support and motivation have meant more than you know.
Most importantly, thank you to the individuals and their families that we have the privilege of supporting every day. You are the reason behind everything we do.
I’m proud of how far Integrity Nursing has come, and I’m excited for many more years of growth, advocacy, and making a difference in the IDD community. ❤️
