The Possible Dream Foundation strives to improve the quality of life of those with Down syndrome and other disabilities by providing a loving family and an understanding environment where individuals can reach their full potential. Nearly a quarter of a century ago, Dr. Michael Geraldi and his wife, Camille, began caring for medically fragile infants, children and adults with devastating genetic d

isorders, and medically complex individuals with developmental disabilities. Within their own home, the Geraldis devoted themselves to bettering the lives of those multi-involved individuals while providing emotional support to similar families.
