The best thing we can do to make change and growth in our lives is to have consistent good habits that bring joy & peace to our mind. Those small positive choices can make big impacts on your personal health and spiritual growth. This doesn’t mean distracting ourselves from the real work, it means going inside(not externally focused on others or entertainment) spending time in nature, getting bodywork, having healthyeating habits… this all takes effort, and sometimes the effort can feel uncomfortable, but it’s bears great fruit, true joy and true happiness, health and peace, rather than external sources that have no potential to let your mind be at rest.
My biggest goal in my office is to make sure that my clients can have a space to unwind from the outside world, have somebody who truly listens to them and what they need, hold space within the silence and grounded healing.
With all the modalities that I offer, this is always my biggest goal in mind and why I do what I do.
I want to be there to help people do that work, no matter the background, the health of the person, we all have to start somewhere, everyone needs a space to reset.

I have openings for everyone. People often ask for a massage plan. I suggest weekly for 4 weeks-8 weeks for chronic pain, then slowly moving to bi-weekly and then maintenance. If you want to make change in your body and mind you need consistency. Massage therapy has a wide range of benefits, making that work of eating well and life changes that much easier! It's like cheating (but in a good way.) WE can work together to get your body where you feel comfortable again.
