Often working behind the scenes, the Risk Management Team plays a critical role in identifying potential risks, improving processes, and helping prevent harm before it occurs. Their efforts, spanning patient safety, compliance, education, and emergency preparedness, touch every aspect of care we provide. Their guidance empowers teams across Centralus Health to speak up, learn, and deliver safer, higher-quality care.

Join us in celebrating our June UMatter winner, Crystal Spina! Crystal is a Nurse Manager for 5D at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Crystal advocated for the comfort for her patients, while improving the workload and precision of dosage done by staff. Instead of manually heating and cooling the dialysate for dialysis patients, she was able secure cyclers and training for her team.

Guest Pay allows anyone to make balance payments online without needing to log into MyChart. Instead of entering a username and password, users can simply provide their last name along with a guarantor account number or hospital account ID -- both of which can be found on their billing statement.

This convenient feature enables a spouse, family member, or caregiver to make a payment on someone else's behalf without needing access to their MyChart login credentials. It also supports patients who may have visited Centralus Health only once, such as while traveling or on business.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this Saturday at the 2026 Arnot Health Healthcare Heroes Gala!

This year's annual gala gathered guests to celebrate our community impact and this year's honorees: the Devlin family, and Ernie Hartman and Warren Roman of IBEW. As an Arnot Ogden Medical Center NICU graduate, Patrick Devlin and his parents were honored for their courageous journey and commitment to the Children's Miracle Network.

All funds raised from the event benefit the Arnot Health Foundation, which secures gifts for and supports Arnot Health's facilities, and the Children's Miracle Network, which supports Arnot Health's pediatric units and NICU.
