Summer reminds us that healing doesn't always happen through doing more.

Sometimes it's found in slowing down, spending time outdoors, taking a deep breath, and giving ourselves permission to rest.

Over the last few months I've been focused on continuing my education, expanding my healthcare experience, and supporting clients whenever possible. I'm grateful for this season of growth and for everyone who continues to support Grateful Heart Healing.

Spring check in ☀️
Taking a couple days to reset, get outside, and do some foraging. 🌿 Listening to my body and keeping sessions to 60 minutes for now unless it’s something lighter or pre-scheduled 🤍 Anyways, I hope this spring and sunny weather is helping lift your spirit, despite our mad mad world😵‍💫 Hope to connect, peace love music light✌️✨️💗🎶🌞🌿
