THANK YOU to everyone who braved the rain and came out to our 7th Guts & Grit 5K and 1-Miler this morning at Eldridge Park!
We will be posting more pictures when we are back in the office.
We will also post a link with everyone’s finished times.

Congratulations to EVERYONE and THANK YOU Eaton for your Event Sponsorship as well as promoting our event within your company and signing up your friends, family and employees! We appreciate your Sponsorship and support.

To Eaton and everyone who showed up this morning: You truly showed us what community meant today!

Thank you also to WETM 18 News for showing up and covering the event as well as Elmira Tea & Coffee House, supported by Capabilities, Inc., for your support serving hot coffee and fresh lemonade during the race!

Exciting Announcement!
Elmira Tea & Coffee House (ETCH), supported by Capabilities, Inc., (an agency celebrating 70 years this year) will have a table at Able2's 7th Guts & Grit 5K and 1-Miler Walk on Sunday, 10/11, serving FREE lemonade and coffee! 🍋☕️

We are so excited to have them there and appreciate them taking the time to be there!

We are receiving several emails asking if same day registration is available for Sunday's 7th Guts & Grit 5K and 1-Miler Walk and the answer is YES.
Please arrive at 8:30 AM when registration/bib-pick up opens! The graphic has further info!

Online registration is now CLOSED for Able2's 7th Guts & Grit 5K and 1-Miler Walk!

Thank you to Falcon Race Timing for working on assigning bib numbers to all participants, as well as working with us the day of the event on timing each race! ⏱

*SAME DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE*
If you did not register online but would like to participate in either the 5K or the 1-mile walk, please arrive at Eldridge Park on Sunday, Oct. 11th at 8:30 AM when Registration and Bib Pik-up opens. This will ensure we get you registered in time!

Guts & Grit Parking Info! 👟♿🚗

For those that are participating in our 7th Guts & Grit 5K and 1-Miler Walk on Sunday October 11th.

You will want to use the GRAND CENTRAL AVE ENTRANCE to Eldridge Park. NOT the Main Entrance.

You will follow the road all the way down until you see the parking lot that has the white fence around it. It is the lot closest to the lake with the large pavilion next to it.

Attached are pictures to show you. The 3rd picture shows you where the starting line will be. Depending on when you arrive, you will see the giant blue start/finish line from Falcon Race Timing.
