A note for our family members:
The Nursing Department is getting ready for flu and cold season and will be holding our flu vaccine clinic around the end of September or early October.
To help us prepare for the clinic, please stop by the Nurse’s Station on your next visit to complete and sign the consent form for your loved one.
For residents who are unable to give their own permission, Kelli, our DON, will also be making phone calls to see where we can send the form to be signed.
