Tracie went above and beyond every day, treating every patient with deep kindness and respect. Her hard work, dedication, and loving spirit touched us all, and she will be greatly missed. Please keep her family and friends in your prayers.

We understand that this was a means of communication during the COVID pandemic, but with the pandemic lifted, we kindly ask that you contact the office at 606-373-6111, the Mountain View page, or the Mountain View Health portal. We value our patients and our primary goal is to provide them with the best healthcare possible. However, our providers also have personal lives and we must respect their time when they are off-duty.
