"I have been a practicing massage therapist since October 1999, and my goal is to help make your day a little better by reducing pain, relieving tension, and promoting overall wellness.

My massage style is a blend of several different modalities, allowing me to customize each session to your individual needs. I focus on balancing the body while addressing your areas of concern, and I like to finish each treatment with relaxing techniques so you leave feeling both refreshed and cared for. I also offer relaxation massage for those looking to simply unwind and de-stress.

At the beginning of every appointment, we'll discuss your goals for the session and decide together what is most important to focus on. During your first visit, we'll also talk about your preferences—what you enjoy, what you don't, and your comfort level throughout the massage. Your comfort is always my priority, and I encourage you to ask questions at any time during your treatment.
