kicked off summer with a RT with - to Kansas for Joe’s 200 mile bike race!!🌞🚲💪🏼🚐🪩🐄

I love these memories, Joes fight to finish the race, & the stories we can tell about our weekend in Kansas!!

for instance —

Joe was so hyped to see cows along his bike trek, he said he was going to take so many pics📸 *didn’t take a single photo during the almost 15 hours*

He took some paper towels in case of an emergency… at mile 100 I was cleaning out his camelbak & resupplying things. I noticed his paper towels were dirty….. and wondered why he kept them😵‍💫Nope, just mud because of the 472 inches of rain mid journey lol! phewww..

sleeping with the doors open to watch the lightning & wild thunderstorm!!

Ok I’ll end there!! — so proud of you ! Major accomplishment, yet again! Your hard work & desire to get uncomfortable is inspiring! ✨

I may not be able to run a 6 minute mile or break 60 at Hyrox — but count me in for all the mountain adventures ! Whether it’s a 14er, a 256 mile thru hike, or summiting the world’s tallest free standing mountain, I’m in & I’ll drag you with me if you’re in too!

something about this song & these beautiful mountains makes me teary eyed. I’m proud of my strength & all the different things I’ve experienced, because of it!
