Dose Fitness is built around the belief that in order to be balanced, our needs change everyday. We may need a dose of cardio, a dose of strength, a dose of community, or a dose of recovery to be our best selves. Walking through our doors, riders, yogis, and athletes should be confident that our classes and our community makes them stronger, steadier, braver, and more grounded. Clients feel welcom
