UPDATE: as of 7/13/20 @ 9:30PM PST
We have been temporarily closed again in accordance with Governor Newsom's order to slow the spread of COVID-19. We do not have a reopening date at this time. All operations are closed and all appointments are cancelled. Stay safe everyone.

I know this is disappointing after 3 months of closure and only a couple weeks after reopening - we are equally disappointed.

When I know more I will post here.

OPENING UPDATE: as of 06/18/20 @ 5:03PM PST

We have received County approval to open. I will be opening June 29th for PERMANENT MAKEUP ONLY (NO SKIN). Skincare (including waxing) will resume July 13th.

ALL clients coming in for permanent makeup services are required to wear a face mask at all times and as such, permanent lip procedures will not resume until July 13th.
I am reaching out to clients for appointments in the order they were cancelled for COVID-19 shutdown; the next group will be those current client requests, followed up with new client requests.
I am not taking new skincare clients at this time.

Please understand that I have many elderly clients as well as immune compromised and I need to keep things safe for everyone.

The time required to clean between each client as well as the new guidelines have me at about 1/3 capacity so please be patient with me as I work everyone back in.

This restart plan may change and will be updated here as changes are made.

I've missed you all so very much and I look forward to seeing your beautiful faces again soon!

The STATE has approved expanded personal services to open on Friday, June 19th. This DOES NOT mean that we are opening on the 19th. We are still awaiting COUNTY guidelines and approval. I will be texting/calling you all to schedule. I will be taking clients towards the latter part of June. Please be patient as this is a whole new system and things are operating differently and at lower capacity. Please stay tuned - WE'RE ALMOST THERE!!! :)

My beloved clients,

Due to the recent updates on COVID-19 and the new recommandations for social distancing, it is with a heavy heart that I have decided to temporarily close Genesis Skin Spa & Permanent Makeup Studio.

~I WILL reopen~

I am closely monitoring the situation and will keep you in the loop as things evolve and will notify you via email and social media when I have a reopen date. :)

~For those with appointments ~

I will be reaching out via text (it's more efficient - allowing me to communicate to several people at once) to reschedule your appointments.

~If you need products~

I am in the process of setting up an online storefront to allow you to order. Now, this is provided that my supply chain is still operating. I am working on a way to drop ship to your home so you can receive your products efficiently and conveniently. Once it's up and running I'll send out the link as well as post to my Instagram story (i.am.heather.pacheco.smith) as well as Facebook (Genesis Skin Spa & Permanent Makeup Studio). You can also text me or call in your order and I am happy to place it for you (which I actually would prefer because I get to actually chat with you! Yay!)
