Who else has been feeling lonely, sad or less motivated?

I realized it was time to reset my neurochemistry and circadian rhythm when listening to Dr Andrew Huberman in an interview with last week.

I put together a plan for myself and already feeling an amazing difference in my energy, clarity, focus, and overall wellbeing!

Ahimsa: Practice of non-harming
This is my foundational practice for the week and you're welcome to join.

As a conscious observer of myself and interactions with the world around me, a great awakening is happening. I'm learning the power of my energy and what it truly means to respectfully accept what others feel is right when I see things differently.

I do my best to be honest with myself and others, while understanding their needs and desires, yet sometimes it comes across as forceful energy. Regardless the intention, forceful energy doesn't feel good and can be received as harmful. I honestly act on what feels true and most nurturing for all, yet another blind spot is revealed.

Divine timing is real and perfect, so it's important to accept an individual’s desired choice. With every experience, as a conscious observer breaking away from my subjective view point, I am cultivating growth oriented relationships. This starts with myself. As I become more respectful and seek value in all forms, ahimsa flows easier. This wisdom can only be gained through experience.

With the highest level of self love, respect and value, what is your “I AM...” expression?

I AM powerful and use my power wisely for the growth and well-being of all.

Valuing myself and life around me has been a struggle for as long as I can remember. It’s not an issue of not caring. It’s residual from caring too much, coupled with a perfectionist mentality. If the situation or my skillset doesn’t meet my standards, I don’t want to do it. This results in phases of downward spirals that lead to thoughts of su***de.

My family is what keeps me alive. I do not want to leave this life without providing or contributing to a better life for those I love.

Can you relate?

From this process, I have come to know so well, I have narrowed the gap between downward spirals and cultivating inner-strength. So, I am here to share the powerful tools I use to guide my way back to loving myself and my life.

From (and for) this... Journey of Yoga was born! For leaders feeling the pressure to show up your best every day, this is for you! For perfectionists who will accept nothing but the best life possible. This is for you!

Strengthen our connection.

This is done through our nervous system, which connects to our electromagnetic field. When we feel energized it is because our electromagnetic connection is strong.

There are many ways to enhance the flow of electromagnetic energy through us. Choose at least one a day to to keep the doctor away. 😉🍎
