Your food is more than fuel.

It is information, energy, and deep self-care.

In Chinese medicine, digestion is often seen like an oven.

If we keep adding cold foods, smoothies, and raw salads all the time, that inner warmth can weaken over time.

That is why even “healthy” foods can sometimes leave you feeling bloated, heavy, or depleted.

It does not mean you can never have smoothies or salads.

It means supporting your digestion with warmth, balance, and intention.

Try adding warming ingredients like ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, or pepper to help keep your digestive fire supported.

Small shifts can make food feel more nourishing, not just healthy.

Holding onto sadness?

Try this gentle Lung acupressure practice.

Massage the point below the collarbone, visualize white light, and breathe in courage and clarity. 🌿✨

Feeling unsure whether it’s intuition or fear?

Fear is usually loud, urgent, and catastrophic.

It tries to rush you with thoughts like “act now or everything will fall apart.”

Intuition feels different.

It’s quieter, steadier, and more grounded.

It doesn’t force you, it simply brings your attention to what matters.

You can also feel it in the body.

Fear tends to contract and tighten you.

Intuition, even when it’s uncomfortable, often has a sense of subtle openness or expansion.

Learning to notice the difference can change how you trust yourself.

Before you snap, try this.

Anger and frustration are normal, but you do not have to let them sit in your body all day.

In Chinese medicine, stuck energy can show up as irritability, tension, or that “I’m about to lose it” feeling.

A simple way to release it is by massaging Liver 3, the point between your big toe and second toe, while exhaling with a soft “shhh” sound.

Think of it like letting steam out before the pressure builds.

Try it the next time you feel stuck, irritated, or emotionally heated.

Emotion is like water in a river.

When it flows, it feels clear and alive.

When it gets blocked, it can become heavy and stagnant.

Postpartum can feel this way too.

A mother is healing in her body, heart, and nervous system while adjusting to a whole new season of life.

The goal is not to push emotions away, but to gently help them move again.

This is part of why I created the Healing the Birth Mama Postpartum Program, a gentle postpartum recovery program rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, nourishment, rest, and emotional support.

Because the mother deserves care too.

Rest is not laziness.

It is part of healing.

Sometimes purpose does not arrive as one big breakthrough.

Sometimes it shows up quietly through the places, practices, and rhythms that bring your body back into peace, aliveness, coherence, and truth.

Your body may already know the direction.

Sometimes healing begins by letting it feel safe enough to rest.

Do you know a new mother or a mama moving through postpartum again?

After birth, so much attention goes to the baby, but the mother is healing too.

Her body is recovering.

Her hormones are shifting.

Her heart, mind, and spirit are adjusting to a new season.

That is why I created the Healing the Birth Mama Postpartum Program, a gentle recovery program rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom, nourishment, rest, emotional support, and simple healing practices.

For the rest of May, the program is available for $97 instead of $497, with the Healing the Birth Mama Ebook included as a special May bonus.

A special bonus on Mamma supplements is also included for deeper postpartum nourishment and recovery support.

Postpartum healing should not feel lonely.

The mother deserves care, too.
