The wait is frustrating. The worry that comes with it can be even harder.

At BradRich, we believe you deserve to be heard, know what comes next, and have someone advocating for you along the way. We can’t control every waitlist, but we can keep showing up for our patients.

We’re GROWING!!
…and so is the way we care for our men in the community

The goal of EnRich Men’s Health is simple: give men a place where they can ask questions, get appropriate testing, understand what may be contributing to how they feel, and receive a plan that makes sense for them.

EnRich Men’s Health is part of the BradRich Healthcare family

You may be wondering: what’s the difference between BradRich Healthcare and EnRich Men’s Health?

BradRich Healthcare is our main healthcare hub.
It’s the larger umbrella where our broader healthcare services live.

EnRich Men’s Health is a specialized part of that care, focused specifically on men’s health concerns like:

• Hormone health
• Energy and fatigue
• Strength and body composition
• Sleep
• Libido
• Weight and metabolic health
• Ongoing accountability and support

The goal is not to separate men’s health from healthcare…it’s to give men a dedicated space where these concerns can be addressed more directly and comfortably.

Whether you come to us through BradRich Healthcare or EnRich Men’s Health, the goal stays the same:

Clear guidance. Personalized support. Better health.

Strength • Guidance • Purpose

LOW TESTOSTERONE IS MORE THAN JUST A NUMBER

Feeling tired, struggling with motivation, losing strength, gaining body fat, or noticing changes in libido can make men wonder if testosterone is the problem.

But symptoms alone do not automatically mean you need TRT.

A proper testosterone evaluation should look at the whole picture:

• Your symptoms and health history
• Morning testosterone levels
• Blood count and hematocrit
• PSA when appropriate
• Other hormones and labs when indicated
• Sleep, weight, medications, stress, and other medical conditions that can affect testosterone

At EnRich Men’s Health, our goal isn’t simply to “get your testosterone higher.”

Our goal is to determine why you feel the way you do, whether testosterone is actually part of the problem, and what the safest next step is for you.

Our process is simple!!

1. Complete our Men’s Health survey
2. Free 15-minute call
3. Complete your labs
4. Medical evaluation and lab review with Julie Richards, DNP-C
5. If treatment is appropriate, we build a monitored plan around you

TRT should be personalized, monitored, and medically appropriate
not one-size-fits-all.

“I’ll start Monday.”
“When life slows down.”
“When I have more time.”

It’s easy to keep putting yourself last. But you deserve to feel stronger, have more energy, and be present for the life you’re working so hard to build.

Take the walk. Make the appointment. Pick up the weights. Start again—even if you’ve started a hundred times before.

If you need us, we’re here. Either way, start today.

No excuses. No waiting for Monday. Make this Saturday count.

I spend a lot of my days reminding people to take care of themselves. Today, I’m taking my own advice.

Taking a little time away with Carly to laugh, explore, sing too loud, and make memories. The to-do list is still in the back of my mind, but I’m working on being here, enjoying being Mom. ❤️

I love caring for my patients and building this practice. I’m also learning to give myself the same permission I give so many of you: take the break, enjoy your people, and make time for yourself.

If you’ve been waiting until everything is done to enjoy something good, consider this your reminder: you’re allowed to make room for joy while the to-do list is still unfinished.

I’m working on that, too.

(And thank you Jessica Wheeler and Jaime Caruso-Vizvary for holding down the fort - I am so blessed to have you both)

Ok. Fess up!😒😂

What’s for dinner this week? HIGH-PROTEIN edition 💪🍽️
Because dinner needs to be quick, filling, and something the whole family will actually eat.

Thursday — Loaded Chicken Bowls
Friday — Protein Taco Night
Saturday — 25-Minute Chili
Sunday — Chicken Pot Pie Bowls
Monday — Protein Pasta Bake

Most meals hit about 35–45+ grams of protein per serving without hours in the kitchen.

What’s your favorite quick high-protein dinner?

Thursday – Loaded chicken bowls: rotisserie chicken, microwave rice or cauliflower rice, black beans, corn, salsa, Greek yogurt, cheese. ~40–50 g protein.

* Friday – High-protein taco night: lean ground turkey or beef + black beans, high-protein tortillas, cheese, lettuce, salsa. ~35–45 g.

* Saturday – Shortcut protein chili: lean ground beef/turkey, beans, canned tomatoes, chili seasoning. Top with Greek yogurt and shredded cheese. Make it stovetop in ~25 minutes. ~35–45 g.

* Sunday – Chicken “pot pie” bowls: rotisserie chicken + frozen mixed vegetables + cream-of-chicken style sauce, topped with one biscuit instead of making a whole pie. ~35–40 g.

* Monday – Protein pasta bake: chickpea/protein pasta, lean ground turkey or chicken, marinara, cottage cheese blended into the sauce, mozzarella. ~35–45 g.
