Last week, I had the opportunity to visit the Standard Process Inc. farm in Wisconsin. There were over 100 doctors and practitioners in attendance and not only did we get a tour, we had some great classes on how to better help patients get well using whole-food supplements.

You may have heard that in May I celebrated 20 years of practice in England. You know what else? It's been 20 years that I have been taking Standard Process supplements! Sometimes I've taken a lot, sometimes just a little but the fact is, I have been on these supplements for 20 years and it's made a difference. I am more enthusiastic than ever about these products after visiting the SP farm again and seeing the care and dedication that goes into making these products. The quality of supplements matters! So happy to run into Dr Lori Puskar at the Standard Process professional weekend. She was the instructor at the first Nutrition Response Testing seminar I attended almost 10 years ago. That started me on a journey I am still on today. Thank you, Dr Lori, for everything you’ve taught me. ®

What a wonderful surprise to see Dr. Lori Puskar today! She was my instructor at my first Nutrition Response Testing seminar almost 10 years ago. She performed my first analysis. I remember my priority area was crown and I needed MinTran. That started me on a journey I am still on today. What a wonderful 2 days of learning and connecting with others of like mind at the Standard Process Inc.. farm! My enthusiasm for the whole food nutrition way of life has never been higher.

I want to give a big thank you to my chiropractor, Dr. Joshua Witter. I started under his care last year after I finished my PT after my shoulder surgery. It was a year ago that I started seeing patients again and a big part of me being able to do that has been the great chiropractic care from Dr. Witter. I saw him once a week for months but am now going every 2 weeks. I cannot emphasize enough the value of regular chiropractic care, especially as we get older. The power that made the body, heals the body. And I always enjoy the view from his office!
