Pulled a muscle in my back last week. It’s a big deal because I do Massage for a living. I’ve gotta get better fast and heal up. The following products are the MINIMUM I use when something like this comes up. Between these products and massage, chiropractic, stretching, ice and heat, I’m more than 90% better. Had to clear my schedule this week, but I do have a client tomorrow and I should be good to go. Good way to see where I’m at because I have packed week next week after rescheduling everyone!

I love Young Living and these amazing products. I’ve been relying on them for all of life’s hiccups for almost 20 years now, and they never disappoint!

Oh how I love thee! My dear, sweet, beautiful and delicious . This is a very special to me.

First, when I open a bottle of frank, I instantly feel 🙌🏻. Then, that amazing aroma completely takes me over……sweet, grounding, woody, and it brings me right to a place of connecting with our divine creator 🙏🏻.

Such a special oil. One of the oils given to baby Jesus as a gift when he was born. The oil is extracted from the Boswellia tree.

I often use this oil to:

Beach 🌊 yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ anyone?! How lucky am is that I live only minutes from this gorgeous and amazing beach! There is a lovely yoga instructor who donates his time every single weekday morning?!
