We believe our prices are very reasonable because we don't have a high retail overhead, so we can ask for much more practical fees.

We ask for roughly 50 bucks an hr for multiple hr settings.
We ask for what we feel we earned.
150-200 bucks will cover a 4 -5 hr setting. 300 buck for a 6-8 hrs setting.

Our design or yours, No charge for draw time, no deposit required as we work on the honor system.
Most experienced in utah, with 38 years same location on 13th s. SLC.

My private home based studio is completely legal, we are professionl tattoo artist with 40 plus years experience, that operate our private studio within common sanitary condition regulations and will provide easy access to the writen regulations we follow.
We are safe, clean and comfortable.

We have provided the TCHA with all the information they have requested, more than I am required to provide.
The 14th amendment clearly states, no one needs to get a license, pay any fee or be fined for exercising (you and or my) civil rights to freespeech on private property.

I only declined completeing the agreement, because of the regultations (over all), are over zealous, are outside the purview of environmental health authority, and some regulations are most likely unconstitutional.

I've questioned the regulation code and offered my assistance in rewriting the code to be accurate and applicable to the specific act of tattooing, but the TCHA have denied discussing the obvious issues.

I've refused to pay the fees to complete the application process because I can not complete an agreement with a government agency, that actively takes away my civil rights to my free speech.

They have charged me with a crime, for not completing the application process. After I pointed these code and regulation discrepancies that should prevent anyone from agreement, and probably violates existing health department permit holders civil rights.
We have commited no crime, and the health authorities or the DA, have not actually stated what crime we are commiting.
They just charged me with an unknown crime, a class B misdemeanor.

Know your civil rights, stick up for (y)our civil rights.
Everyone's freedoms depends on it.
