We are pleased to welcome Jill Blair as our new Activities Assistant at Walnut Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation.

Jill is originally from Latrobe, PA, and has lived in Erie for the past 22 years. She brings a strong professional background, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration and 24 years of experience in the beverage industry. Throughout her career, she has focused on building relationships and meaningful connections with people. Her most recent role in a family-owned business further strengthened her passion for people-centered work environments.

Jill was drawn to the activities field by her enthusiasm for bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences. She values opportunities that foster engagement, joy, and connection. In her new role, she looks forward to getting to know residents, learning their stories, and creating engaging, meaningful activities.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and her parents, as well as friends and pets. She enjoys outdoor activities, crafting, and birdwatching. She also volunteers with Gliding Stars, an adaptive ice-skating program that provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to learn to skate.

Jill is excited to join the Walnut Creek team and looks forward to helping create an environment where residents feel valued, engaged, and at home.
