📢PSA: do your research before buying medicine online from just any old website! I am seeing so many companies (many not health related) now selling GLP-1 products. What is concerning is that many of the reps have no medical or anatomy/physiology training, but are recommending it as medical advice. So all I ask is do your research folks! What you put in & on your body matters so make sure you know what you're getting!

🍷Enjoyed a stop to North County Wine Co after a busy day at work. The Pinot Noir in this weekend's flight was ahhhhhmazing! On the way home I encountered a flock of so many crows that I thought I was in a sequel to Hitchcock's The Birds!

🎓It has been 1 week since we said goodbye & left Daniel at UC Berkeley to begin the next chapter of his life. It has been such a rough week for me - lots of tears (every time I see an empty shelf or his old toothbrush) & tons of texts (yep, have texted him every day). I have loved hearing about his days & seeing the fun pics but definitely miss him more than I can sometimes bear!

🎉We got back from the Berkeley drive last Tuesday in time to treat Evan to a birthday dinner & Dubai chocolate ice cream pie. Happy 15th birthday Evan - you are adventurous, wild & crazy (in all the best ways), loyal, active, smart, a little temper/fiery, & you love fiercely. I know it's been an up & down roller coaster this year but we are & will always be proud of you & love you more than you will ever know!

And we leave Berkeley with a much lighter car & no Daniel bear 😭. He already texted from the gorgeous library beginning his 24 page review packet for his chemistry class due before classes start next week! I made it about 12 minutes before some of our favorite songs came on & I saw his whole childhood flash before my eyes - then the waterworks began! I'll be okay...eventually 💔

Saturday night Daniel had a sad yet beautiful goodbye with his brothers (they have since called a billion times 😆). Then Sunday another goodbye to Archie, who has been with Daniel since he was 5! I don't think any of us were fully prepared to send him off to Berkeley already!
