On Sunday, November 15, we'll come together for an afternoon of inspiration, music, and remembrance โ€” honoring loved ones through heartfelt messages, uplifting performances, and a candlelighting ceremony.

We were honored to support a Make-A-Wish family on their trip to LEGOLAND California! ๐Ÿงฑโœจ

Their hospice team in Las Vegas, NV was unable to travel with them, so we stepped in to be there for the family while they were in San Diego.

Moments like this remind us why we do this work: to show up for families wherever they are.

Beginning October 23, this four-session group brings grief support outdoors, offering an opportunity to slow down, engage with nature, and connect with others navigating loss.
