Announcing a totally unique, in person, oceanfront sound-healing experience...on Saturday, November 7th from 1:30 to 4:30 pm Pacific Time, at Powerhouse Park in Del Mar, CA. I will facilitate a group Biofield Tuning session followed by a short guided meditation and a beach walking meditation at your own pace. Once you return, we will do a short yoga practice and then you will have the opportunity to integrate all the healing elements and deeply relax with the sounds of the ocean waves, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonizing sounds. Bring a yoga mat, chair if desired, water, and any comfort items needed. We will end shortly before sunset.
