*The relationship you have with yourself is precious. Love is the Message! Ummilkhair Uqdah~is my name! There are many different meanings, although I grew up meaning as Mother of Goodness! I AM the Mother of Abundance! Mother of Goodness! Mother to many energies who find support and love within my expansive, calming presence! My life has been dedicated to healing and helping others.
With over 12 years of dedicated practice in healing arts, I specialize in intuitive energy work and ancestral healing. I'm a licensed massage therapist, spiritual life coach, mother, vocalist, and musician. Each session is uniquely tailored to each person's spiritual and physical needs. My journey began when I was 5, rubbing my father's feet so I could buy ice cream. The more I worked with my hands and helped people, whether in their garden, cars, or on a project, it became evident that my role is to help people. My formal education started at Mt. San Antonio College, in Walnut, Ca, earning my A.A. Degree in Liberal Arts, studying music. Then I decided to switch paths and attend Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, now Pacific College of Health and Science, located in San Diego. I graduated in 2013 with an A.A.S. Degree. I love to learn and during my various studies, I found that learning is the key to many doors; however, my true guidance is my intuition and energetic connection. Recently, I graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt State University in Arcata, Ca in 2023 with my B.S. in Sociology. Science & research is a huge passion of mine! I’m a student for life & will always have something fun to learn, share, and give back to my community. Currently, my practice is based in North County; however, I travel all over the region and beyond when called to serve. Offering different workshops on healing the gut & teaching people about the Vagus Nerves, co-facilitating with 100 Watts chanting, and offering the community a collective effervescence, and of course helping children as well. Each session whether one on one or in a group, sacred space is created to allow a deep dive within each session for deep transformation. There are different modalities blended to help you heal. Every session is different based on individual needs. My approach honors the connection between our physical bodies, energetic field, and ancestral guidance, creating space for profound healing that extends beyond the individual to heal generational patterns and programs.
