Let's honor this transition.- and discover ways to shape and appreciate the process we all call "bedtime." Research continues to show how beneficial mindfulness, rest and relaxation are for our bodies, our mental states and our spiritual growth. Let's look together at ways to build these skills at bedtime for ourselves and our kids.

Creating a safe connected relationship with your child helps them sleep, learn, grow their brains, and integrate their world. It only takes a few moments at bedtime to start a beautiful connection routine.
