There’s something about the smell of a horse that only horse people truly understand. 🐴❤️

The warm breath, the hay, the leather, the unmistakable scent of the stable… somehow it all feels like home.

For some, it’s just a smell. For us, it’s memories, early mornings, muddy boots, quiet moments and the company of an animal that can bring peace without saying a single word.

Sometimes all you need is to close your eyes, breathe it in… and everything feels a little better. ❤️

Most people don't live in their bodies anymore.

They live in yesterday.
Or tomorrow.

In overthinking.
Overanalysing.
Overpreparing.

Always trying to work out the next step.

The body gets left behind.
Until one day you stand beside a horse.

The horse isn't thinking about tomorrow.
It isn't replaying yesterday.

It is completely here.

To notice your breath.
Your feet on the earth.

A counterbalanced pilot crossover RCT (n=16) found five daily Reiki sessions reduced fatigue (FACT‑F) and improved quality of life (FACT‑G), with lower pain/anxiety vs. rest. Larger sham‑controlled trials still needed.
