Five years ago, I started Zenith because I thought healthcare could be done differently.
At the time, I wasn’t trying to build a business as much as I was trying to build the kind of clinic I wished existed.
I had seen incredible physical therapists working within systems that often limited what they could do. Appointments were short, productivity was emphasized, and there wasn’t always enough time to truly understand the whole person sitting in front of you. I knew there was another way.
The idea behind Zenith was simple: spend the time with people, listen well, get to the root cause instead of simply band-aiding symptoms, and help people get back to doing the things they love.
Five years later, that idea hasn’t changed.
What started as one clinician carrying a portable treatment table, kettlebells, resistance bands, and a secondhand laptop to people’s garages and local parks has become a team of physical therapists, massage therapists, strength coaches, and staff serving thousands of people in our community.
Along the way, I also learned that building a great clinic is about more than patient care. It’s about creating a place where people enjoy coming to work, keep learning, and have the time to provide the kind of care they believe in.
We’ve learned a lot over these five years, but the original idea has held up. Better healthcare starts with listening, movement is one of the best investments we can make in our health, and the best outcomes come from treating people—not just injuries.
To everyone who has trusted us with your care, referred a friend, worked alongside us, or supported Zenith along the way—thank you. You’ve helped build something much bigger than I ever could have on my own.
Five years is a meaningful milestone, but it also feels like we’re just getting started.
Here’s to the next five,
