There has been a quiet shift happening over here.

After nearly 3 years of pouring my heart into building this dream while balancing other work and long hours, I'm finally at a place where Lunara Somatic Wellness is my full-time path.
It has taken countless hours, unwavering faith, and a whole lot of showing up even when no one was watching. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who has trusted me along the way, those who've allowed me to be a part of their healing journey and the relationships that have been birthed from this experience.

As of today, I'm booking into the (2nd) second week of August, and while I'm honored that my schedule is filling, I want you to know that I am have lots of availability still and I am absolutely welcoming new clients.

I'm looking to build a community of people who value slowing down... who understand that healing isn't a luxury, but a relationship we cultivate with ourselves.

If you're looking for more than a spa experience, my space may be for you.

This is a trauma-informed practice where your nervous system is invited to soften, where your body is listened to instead of rushed, and where massage becomes a ritual of returning home to yourself. Whether you arrive carrying stress, grief, chronic pain, burnout, or simply the weight of being human, you are welcome exactly as you are.
