Solstice sound bath in Portland on June 21st. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, himalayan singing bowls, gongs & chimes. The solstice is a time of great light, warmth and joy. We will tap into the energy of the solstice through a guided meditation, a special sound bath, followed by the creation of a blessing bowl in honor of the solstice. Bring herbs, or edible flowers to contribute to the bowl. We will fill it with water, intentions, blessings, and each person will take home a container.

I hope that if you are experiencing an increased level of stress, you are taking steps to take care of yourself. Your physical, mental and emotional health depend on it. You are worth it. You deserve rest. You deserve joy.

Please take time, even if it is a few minutes a day, to relax and do nothing. Put your burdens down.

All of my Reiki services are offered freely to all. Donations are welcome, pay what you can. If you have never tried this energetic healing system, this is a wonderful time to experience this relaxing modality. Thankful for the opportunity to make these services available to all. The placement of therapeutic singing bowls on the body produces a wonderful "cellular sound massage", promoting deep relaxation, release of tension and stress, and peace. Reiki, and energy work promotes energetic balance and alignment. These experiences are a beautiful gift for someone you love. Sound healing is done in person, and Reiki can be done in person and virtually. Gift certificates do not expire, and offer an alternative to gifting "things"
