At Head Well, we have the privilege of working alongside incredible nurses and nurse practitioners who bring so much heart into the work they do. Beyond the charts, appointments, and long days, it’s the compassion, patience, advocacy, and human connection they bring that truly leaves an impact. Mental health care asks for so much presence, patience, and heart, and our nurses and NPs continue to show up with all three, even on the long days.
