Diaphragmatic breathing has SO MANY health benefits and it is a cornerstone of the MELT Method. Come breathe with me on zoom or in-person. Your body will thank you!

Research finds five to 10 minutes daily of a type of strength training for muscles used in breathing can help anyone reduce or prevent high blood pressure. The training can also help elite athletes.

Head’s up clients - possible delays on your way to Full Circle Fitness. But don’t worry, we’ll wait for you.

Beginning this week, an EWEB contractor will excavate a series of small holes to locate underground utilities from the intersection near 34th and Hilyard St., south to the location of EWEB's water storage construction project off E. 40th and Patterson St.
This survey work is necessary to design and construct the 36” water pipe that will eventually deliver water from the new, seismically resilient storage tanks to homes and businesses throughout Eugene.

What to expect:
* Construction trucks, flaggers, lane closures, and restricted street parking for this stretch of Patterson, E. 40th Ave. and Hilyard St., including along Tugman Park.
* Loud equipment noise.
* Possible delays for cars leaving or entering residences along the route.

The utility location work will last about two weeks and will primarily take place Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., however intermittent work may occur outside of these hours if necessary.

The last year and a half (and especially the last 2 months) have definitely been chaotic. Covid forced us to re-evaluate our lives and business model and seek more work-life balance and time with our kids. To that end, Jay and I decided not to renew our lease and instead to build a smaller studio on our property in S. Eugene. Welcome to Full Circle South! We look forward to seeing you for training, massage and MELT in our peaceful new location!
