I’m always on the “research” mode even if I’m on vacation. 😜

I visited more than a dozen aesthetic practices and med spas in the Philippines and got to try the newest and most popular energy based procedures and products. Some of which are “experimental/need further studies” like placenta, stem cells & IV exosomes in various forms. (Any treatments you’ve been wanting to try?)

While the US spend a lot of money in research and resources to ensure public safety, the stringent regulations can at times stifle innovation. Most of my colleagues will agree with me that Asia and Europe can come out ahead with the newest and most innovative medical treatments compared to the US.

It was a fun group to teach the past few days.
I guess it’s a way of giving back for being blessed with opportunities for growth.
I surprising love Phoenix this time of the year. It wasn’t too hot! (Even though) I slid off the mountain, injured myself on my way down when it was totally dark since I wanted to catch the sunset hiking up. 🥹

Is Mexico generally safe for tourist travel? I haven’t stayed too long inside the hotel premises since being quarantined 4 years ago.
It does not hurt that my room faces the ocean and the hotel is all-inclusive (food).
I joined a tour to visit Chichén Itzá, Cenote Hubiku and Valladolid. I wanted to explore more but always forewarned about the danger… Am I being too cautious in Cancún?
