I asked God to heal me. And God said not yet. I don’t understand it, but it trust it. I don’t like it, but have faith in it. I’m scared, but I’m hopeful. We got news that I still have 3-5 more surgeries ahead of me. Everyday is battle, and I’m fighting like hell, but each day l continue to fight the good fight. This isn’t over.

Today Brian asked me if my younger self would be happy with where I’m at today. I said, “Absolutely. I didn’t even think I’d make it this far.” Following God’s will has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but God blesses in abundance through obedience.

It’s incredibly painful to allow God to wipe your slate clean in life. To start fresh. To feel like your losing everything. To have no idea what tomorrow will look like. But just trust that God is good, and He has our best interest at heart. And soon He begins to magnify an abundance of blessings in your life.
