Grateful Yoga's Prenatal and Postnatal Community Postnatal Yoga begins Sept 2012!

This is a group for ourcurrent and former prenatal yoga students to interact, post pictures and stories and learn about free educational events that are upcoming at my studio in Evanston. We offer Prenatal Yoga on Sundays at 12:30 and Wednesdays at 5:30 as well as a free New Parent Meetup biweekly (Tuesdays in the summer and Fridays beginning Sept 2012).
