The Aux Wellness Collective is thrilled to announce we have expanded our partnership with The Mather. What began as monthly programming has grown to weekly programming for older adults!

These free movement classes are targeted to adults 55 or better but all are welcome. On the 4th Wednesday of every month we offer an herbalism and chair or mat yoga class starting at 10a. Then we have Dance Cardio every Friday morning at 10a. Starting soon we will also offer a weekly art making class on Monday afternoons.

We are building community through partnership and we love it! Come join us.

Oh yeah! It’s been a lot of motion, a lot of commotion, we have a lot going on at but especially on March 21st. First up, we have our regular programming of Barre Fusion and Affirmations & Extensions. Additionally, we have our monthly skincare workshop in partnership with . This month we are making body polish. Finally, in honor of Women’s History Month, our own will be leading us through a fun sweat sesh of BeatBody, and then sharing a keekee over juice/smoothie samples while networking.

So basically, come spend next Saturday morning with us. We have created a community that’s serving up many facets of wellness and we welcome you to join us! Be well!
