Why did we create Keen Dry Eye Spa?

Honestly, because we kept seeing patients who were frustrated.

They were using drops every day. Their eyes were burning, watering, red, tired or just uncomfortable — and they were being told to keep using drops and live with it.

We knew there had to be more.

As optometrists, we wanted to create a place where we could spend more time understanding why someone’s eyes weren’t feeling their best and actually build a treatment plan around that person.

So we created Keen Dry Eye Spa.

It combines the medical side of dry eye care that we’re passionate about with an environment that feels completely different from a traditional eye care visit.

We have invested in advanced technology, continued our education and built a space where patients can feel comfortable asking questions and getting the care they deserve.

And honestly, watching this idea turn into a real place has been pretty special for us.

This isn’t just another service we’re offering at Keen.

It’s something we genuinely believe in.
