Cancer Pathways Midwest

Cancer Pathways Midwest Cancer Pathways Midwest is a non-profit organization that provides support and resources to anyone impacted by cancer. Together We Are BIGGER Than cancer

Cancer affects a person’s thoughts, feelings, moods, beliefs, ways of coping and relationships. Our licensed mental health professionals provide support in a beautiful, welcoming (non-clinical) space that provides healing, validation and empowerment. We work alongside each person’s treatment team, family and friends, at no cost to them or their family, to help them navigate their mental, emotional

, and social needs through:

-Individual, family, and couples counseling
-Peer to Peer support
-Art Therapy (we have the only two Art Therapist in the Tri-state)
-A Variety of Support Groups
-Education, wellness and nutrition, resources, as well as
-Social support (connecting with others that “get it”)

Cancer doesn’t just impact the person diagnosed, it affects our entire community! Every dollar you give provides support, resources and education to individuals and families, in our very own community, who are impacted by cancer, at no cost to them!

Comfort Wagons: Bringing a Little Piece of Home 💙

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, many families in our region must travel away from home for treatment or hospice care. That often means long hospital stays, time apart from loved ones, and an overwhelming season of life.

Inspired by a local mom who walked this journey with her son, our Comfort Wagons Program was created to provide practical support and small pieces of home to families facing pediatric cancer.

Thanks to the support of the Evansville Downtown Optimist Club and generous private donors, each wagon is filled with thoughtful items such as:

🧸 Toys & activities
☕ Coffee makers for hospital rooms
🛁 Soft towels & comfort items
🎶 Sound machines
💙 Personalized wish-list items for each family

These wagons may seem simple, but they carry encouragement, care, and a reminder that no family walks this journey alone.

Today we had the pleasure of celebrating some of the incredible volunteers who help make our mission possible. ❤️

As a small token of appreciation, we put together gift bags and treated our volunteers to coffee from Revival Coffee Co. ☕🎁

We are so grateful for the time, energy, and compassion our volunteers bring to our community.

Thank you for all that you do. Your support truly makes a difference

Two new practices. One growing community.

We’re excited to share moments from our very first Tai Chi and Yoga classes at our new location. A place where movement, breath, and calm are already taking root.

📍 Ron’s first Tai Chi class | Friday, May 1 | 12:00–1:00 PM
📍 Chelsea’s first Yoga class | Saturday, May 2 | 9:00–10:00 AM

These photos capture more than classes. They reflect people showing up for themselves, finding space to reset, and building something meaningful together.

If you’ve been thinking about trying it, this is your sign. All are welcome, whether you’re brand new or continuing your practice.

Come move with us.
