Taking a moment to appreciate the stunning dishes our culinary department created for our Summer Soirée!
Shrimp with an Avocado Mousse followed by Grilled Salmon atop Sautéed Spinach and Sweet Corn Risotto with a Citrus Beurre Blanc.
We finished the evening with a table side Bananas Foster made in each dining room, served over vanilla ice cream covered with a chocolate dome.
