This week, we’re celebrating someone who works behind the scenes to make sure our employees feel supported, appreciated, and valued — Nico, our Employee Experience Manager!

From coordinating payroll and helping navigate employee concerns to planning celebrations, to and finding meaningful ways to recognize our team, Nico is constantly looking for ways to make the employee experience a little better.

Whether it’s a thoughtful conversation, a surprise snack, jumping in to help however he can, an encouraging check-in, or the famous Alani Drink Bar, Nico has a way of reminding our employees that they matter.

His dedication to creating a positive workplace doesn’t go unnoticed. We are so grateful for the energy, thoughtfulness, and care he brings to our team every day!

🧹✨ Celebrating Our Environmental Services Team! ✨🧹

This week, we had the privilege of celebrating National Environmental Services Week and recognizing the incredible individuals who work behind the scenes each day to help make North River Health Campus a clean, safe, welcoming, and comfortable place for our residents, families, and employees.

Our Environmental Services team plays such an important role in the overall experience of our campus. Their attention to detail, consistency, hard work, and commitment to maintaining a beautiful environment does not go unnoticed. From the first room cleaned in the morning to the final task completed at the end of the day, their work directly contributes to the quality of care and experience we strive to provide.

To show our appreciation, we treated our EVS team throughout the week with a little something special! 🍦💙 They enjoyed a Build-Your-Own Ice Cream Bar, delicious bagels and donuts with orange juice, thoughtful gift bags, and, of course, our very own Alani Bar! 🥯🍩🍊🥤

While these treats are just a small way of saying “thank you,” we hope our EVS team knows how genuinely appreciated they are. Your work matters. Your dedication matters. And the difference you make at North River matters.

Thank you for everything you do each and every day to help make North River Health Campus a place our residents are proud to call home. We are incredibly grateful for each of you and the important role you play on our team! 💙👏

“Going to the woods is going home.”- John Muir

We spent a rejuvenating and magical day in the woods during our Divisional Retreat to Bradford Woods. We soaked up the sun, enjoyed the slow breeze through the trees and lost ourselves in the wonder of the woods.

Flying through the trees on a zip line, loosing an arrow during archery and taking home a one of a kind Caricature drawing of ourselves were just some of our favorite parts.

We made memories we will not soon forget and look forward to returning next year!

Jessica has a heart for our residents and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure they feel valued, included, supported, and cared for. Whether she is helping create meaningful experiences through Life Enrichment, assisting with transportation, or simply taking a moment to brighten someone’s day, Jessica has a way of making the people around her feel seen and appreciated.

Her kindness is evident in the little things—the extra effort, the encouraging words, the willingness to lend a helping hand, and the genuine joy she brings to our residents. Last week, we celebrated our annual Census Employee Recognition Barbecue, and what an incredible event it was for our wonderful staff! ❤️

Here at Trilogy, we believe that our employees are the heart of everything we do. We strive to create an environment where every team member feels welcomed, valued, loved, and supported—not only for the work they do, but for the person they are.

This event was more than just a barbecue. It was an opportunity to step away from our daily routines, come together as one team, enjoy some great food, laugh, make memories, and most importantly, recognize the dedication and commitment that each of our employees brings to our campus every single day.

We are incredibly grateful for every department and every individual who played a part in making this event possible. From those who helped plan and organize, to our dietary team who prepared such a wonderful meal, to everyone who helped set up, participate, and make the day special—thank you!

Our team works tirelessly to provide exceptional care and create meaningful experiences for our residents, and we wanted this event to be a small reminder that your hard work does not go unnoticed. You deserve to be celebrated, appreciated, and reminded of just how important you are to our Trilogy family.

To our amazing staff: thank you for showing up, supporting one another, lifting each other up, and continuing to make our campus a special place to work and call home. The culture we create together is what makes our team so unique.

“It wouldn’t be the Frog Follies without Bob.” 🐸

51 Years ago, Bob, his brother and 2 of their close friends began a pre-1949 car show that quickly became an Evansville tradition.

As one of the founding members of the Evansville car group, E'ville Iron Street Rods, Ltd. - Frog Follies Bob has never missed a Frog Follies and we weren’t about to let this year be any different.

Some dreams aren’t new, but rather moments of life that we weren’t sure we would be able to experience again. As part of our Live A Dream program, we were able to take Bob to the opening day of the Frog Follies to frolic with his friends, family and fans. He visited his cars that his family proudly displays on his behalf.

We then returned to our campus and hosted a Frog Follies themed Happy Hour and surprised him with another on-campus car show!

His smile was contagious and the energy that surrounded him was palpable. We were honored to play a small part of it! ✨

Each of our residents has a story, a past, and plenty of fun memories that helped make them who they are today. 💕From who they once were to the amazing people we know and love today, we’re so lucky to call them our BFFs. 🫶
