Hey everyone, it’s Echo, and I have an announcement to make!

After some heavy consideration, I’ve made the very difficult decision to switch shops.
The decision was difficult because if you’ve been here from the beginning, you know that Jekyll and Hyde is where my journey as an artist truly began. I’ve been at the same shop since April of 2022. I have put blood, sweat, and tears into my career. I had establish clientele and made a home out of the shop and workspace. I’ve put in so much time and made so many memories, which is what makes this so bitter sweet.
But there is no growth without discomfort, and the leading reason for me moving shops is that I have, indeed, gotten comfortable. And while change is hard, I’m looking at it with eager eyes and the excitement to begin this new chapter in my career is not lost on me.
With that being said, here’s what you all need to know:
•I will not be accepting bookings at Jekyll and Hyde after May 2nd.
•My workspace is going to look quite different towards the end of my time here. The vibe is less comfy, but it’s because I’m preparing to recreate my environment at the new location. The decor is going, but the energy is still there.
•I WILL still be located in Evansville.
• I have no ill will towards the artists at Jekyll and Hyde. No bridges are being burned. The family I made through my time there is fully supportive of my decision and feel as bittersweet as I do about this change. So I am leaving the artists there with all of my love.

With all that being said, if you’ve been in my workspace you know that I have a flash wall (pictured below). My goal is for that wall to be empty before my last day at Jekyll and Hyde. I am offering all of those designs for $80-120 (depending on whether you want color),any size and any placement. Some of those designs I’ve had drawn up since I was an apprentice, and I’d love to send them off in the shop they were drawn in. The designs are first come, first serve.

And with that, I would like to end this monologue by saying I appreciate each and every one of you. All of you have helped me get to where I am today, and I hope that you’ll continue to follow me along in my journey. Much love!

One step closer to finishing this MASSIVE Predator outer panel. On one hand, stoked about getting closer to finishing it up, but huge bummer cz it’s been an absolute blast working on this one. We have about 5 sessions in it between 30-40hrs so far. Everything is healed except portions of the mouth and teeth. I would love to do more pop culture/movie/horror themed pieces.
