10/10 and a new moon today.
How are you leaning in to new beginnings and fresh starts? Maybe your ancestors have some wisdom to share… 🎁

Session 3! We finished the heartfelt collab of “psychedelic Leo”. 🌈🦁👑♾️🔥
Originally inspired by Harrison, this project evolved into representing so much about my own journey home to myself.

Seems like a good moment to casually mention I finally got diagnosed with autism yesterday. The trifecta really, ADHD/ASD/giftedness. There’s so much to say (which apparently was diagnosable lol), but for now it’s just about being present.

I will say this, never stop fighting for yourself.
That is the message I’m here to put words to for everyone, that my son has taught me over and over and over… authenticity.

An advisory that Chiron goes retrograde tomorrow. On the twins’ birthday. 👑👑

They have Chiron in their first houses, as do I. If you don’t know where your Chiron placement is in your chart, I highly recommend that discovery experience because it is what dictates the life path/mission of what we are here to heal.
It’s very 💡! Always happy to do a reading about that with you... 👋🏼

Bonus points: Chiron was a centaur, healer, teacher, and adoptee. 🐴💁‍♂️

The sudden rainy weather today has me sitting here reflecting on how much has changed the last several months. 🌧️🌈Sometimes when there are serious and unexpected variables, the plan needs to shift, too. Saturn retrograde is coming up in a week and a half- join me to explore what this energy can do for you! 🪐✍️🗓️

Hello everyone! 🤩
I am running a holy fire reiki master 3-day class this fall. 🤲🏻🔥
The series is $900.
Day 1 is August 30th.
Days 2 and 3 TBD.

This class series is a spiritual deep dive.

If you have usui level 1 only, I can prioritize doing level 2 with you before August 30th if you want to join the master series!
You will become dual certified as a master/teacher in usui and holy fire reiki.🥳

You will receive a holy fire master manual with the class. If you choose to, you can also register online with the international reiki organization as a certified practitioner to be added to their database and get discounts on their materials.

If you already have usui master training, the upgrade version to add holy fire certification is $700.
Payment plans offered. 🫡
I hope to see you soon. 💜

📣 S A T U R N 🪐 R E T R O G R A D E ♈️
in Aries starts on July 26. Join me for an event to harness this reflective and authoritative energy.
Shift into clearer alignment to make progress towards long-term goals and leave with a sense of direction for what’s to come.
Integrate it all with a soothing sound bath.

“You look beautiful up there leading. That’s your place.” 😭❤️‍🩹

Some very critical soul fragments were retrieved and integrated back into my spirit tonight. Private events are so fun. Bringing someone’s intentions and visions to reality, and supporting their creative experience to offer what their heart has guided them to share with their community.

Sacred circles are powerful healing experiences and I cannot remember why I stepped away for awhile but I hope I don’t make that dangerous mistake again.
May we all connect with this kind of true belonging.

Are you burning yourself out for your goals?
Or allowing wounds from the shadows to affect your success? Monday 6/29 is a big day…
🐐🌕🦀☄️
With mercury retrograde making us feel all the feelings in Cancer, and the full moon shining a spotlight on our Capricorn ambitions, it's a lot of intense truth. You might feel torn between your heart and your head. But there can be alignment and clarity.

Let’s figure it out together. Choose a themed reading to explore what is begging to be released to create space for what you yearn for. This is about energy exchange and reciprocity. Balance and empowerment.

Retrograde isn’t a boogie man…but it does have a way of catalyzing productive discomfort. Ask me how I know. 👋🏼🤪🪞

Moldavite is the stone of transformation, created during the explosive collision of a meteor and the earth, violently thrown into the air and showering back to earth as an entirely new material. That is what this experience has been leading up to the 14-hour weekend class.

So much of my recent difficulties clearly connect to this initiation and I am excited to integrate the new frequencies and wisdom.

I have openings for 1:1 healing sessions this summer at Awaken Yourself in Everett and look forward to sharing with you! ⚡️💚☄️

As a mom, I believe Mothers Day is about pausing to honor the feminine and nurturing energy within us all.
I would be honored to offer a few sessions to anyone who would feel supported by a 1-hour holistic healing session this Sunday.
All are welcome and the sessions are completely customizable. 🌸🩷💜🤍
