I did standing dumbell shoulder press, machine lateral raise, standing cable machine back high row, standing cable machine back row, standing cable machine chest press, seated machine decline chest press, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, calf raises using the machine leg press, machine leg press, machine back extension, seated machine biceps curl, seated machine arm extension, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

Don't listen to the naysayers and never surrender. Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. I did seated machine shoulder press, standing plate loaded shoulder shrugs, standing cable machine single arm frontal raise, standing cable machine lat push down, standing cable machine face pulls, seated machine back row, standing cable machine pec fly, standing cable machine decline chest press, seated machine chest press, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, seated machine calf extension, machine leg press, calf raises using the machine leg press, TRX squats, machine back extension, standing cable machine rope biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, seated machine triceps extension, seated machine biceps curl, precor glute extension, precor rotary torso, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).
