Thank you, Roaring Spring!!

From testing your strength, balance, and movement in our PT Everyday Athlete challenge to watching the kids have fun, the day was all about celebrating health, movement, and the people who make Roaring Spring such a special place to call home!

We’re especially grateful to the amazing local vendors who joined us:

Brian Middleton with Colesmith Comics

Boujee Bean

Woodbury Cafe

Bearded Nanny Goatmilk Creations

The Good Feet Store

Supporting local businesses means supporting our neighbors, our families, and the heart of the Roaring Spring community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, participated, shopped local, and helped make our open house such a success!

Here’s to staying active, building connections, and continuing to grow stronger together. 💙

Okay, okay… we’ll allow it. Because getting back to the things you love—even if that means dancing a little too hard—is what it’s all about.

At ProCare Physical Therapy, we help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to living life… weekend dance moves included. 💙

ProCare Physical Therapy had a wonderful time visiting the Williamsburg Senior Center for our “Stay Sharp, Stay Active” presentation! 🧠💪

We talked about how occupational therapy and physical therapy can support both brain and body function—from staying steady on your feet and moving with confidence to keeping daily routines, hobbies, and independence within reach.

Staying active is about more than exercise—it is about continuing to do the things that make life meaningful. Thank you to everyone who joined us, asked great questions, and joined in on our fun games!

Your pelvic floor works harder than your phone battery — and gets way less credit.

Fun medical fact: These muscles are basically a hammock for your organs… and gravity is undefeated. Another fun fact: Men have a pelvic floor too (yes, really), and it can get just as cranky after surgery, heavy lifting, or years of “I’ll just hold it.”

Pelvic floor therapy is for men and women. It’s completely non-invasive and can help with:

• Leakage & urgency

• Pelvic or lower back pain

• Recovery after childbirth or prostate surgery

• Core strength & better control

Stop treating “uh-oh” moments like a personality trait. ProCare Physical Therapy can help you feel stronger, more confident, and a lot less dramatic in the bathroom.
