CST is a gentle, hands-on approach to healing that focuses on the craniosacral system and the connective tissue in the body.

During a craniosacral therapy session, a trained practitioner uses light touch to release tension and improve the function in the body. This can be especially helpful for infants and young children.

There truly is no "one right way" to breastfeed or nurse your baby! However, when the latch is painful or your baby is having a hard time getting milk out, then it can be helpful to use some tried and true techniques such as breast shaping, cross cradle or laid back nursing!
