Most people don’t struggle with knowing what’s good for their health.
They struggle with making space for it.
Between work, family, messages, responsibilities, and everything that needs to get done, it’s easy for our own care to move to the bottom of the list.
Even in healthcare, most of the work now happens besides the exam table or behind a screen—sitting, thinking, charting, coordinating—while movement gets postponed for “later.”
And later rarely comes.
So the real decision isn’t knowing what to do.
It’s choosing to do it anyway.
Today, that looked like a walk.
